Booking

Book Rick to speak.

Keynote, panel, fireside or workshop. Thirty minutes on a discovery call first so we can work out whether your event is the right fit.

What makes a great fit

Pre-call questions

Every booking starts with four short questions, baked into the Cal.com form below. Answering them takes two minutes and saves us both a call.

  1. When and where is the event? Date, city, in-person or virtual.
  2. Who is the audience and what do you want them to walk away with? Size, sector, decision-making power, and the one thing you want them to do or think differently afterwards.
  3. What questions do you most want Rick to address? Be specific. The more specific the brief, the sharper the talk.
  4. Do you have a confirmed speaker budget? A range is fine. Standard professional rates apply; affordability adjustments are available case-by-case for mission-aligned organisations.

The live booking calendar is being connected. In the meantime, send your brief through the speaking enquiry form and Rick will reply personally within three business days.

The four pre-call questions above are all the brief he needs to get started.

Confirmation is not automatic. Rick personally reviews every enquiry. You will hear from him directly, usually within three business days.

Formats and rates

Rick speaks in four formats: keynote (30 to 60 minutes), panel or fireside, workshop (half-day or full-day), and podcast or media interviews.

Standard professional rates apply to keynote and workshop bookings. Affordability adjustments are available case-by-case for mission-aligned organisations that have signalled budget constraints. Pro bono engagements are considered at Rick's discretion only. Travel and accommodation are invoiced at cost for events outside Melbourne.
